Invitation to Gala Evening

This gala evening will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes church located at 4949 Verdun Street and will start at 19h00. As of press time, the organisers said that at least 16 artists will be performing during the summer and fall concerts this year.

During this June 11 “foretaste” of the musical show, audiences will listen to Mélanie Barney, Christian Villemure, Karine Michon, Amélie Lamontagne, Chantale Gagnon, Vania Angelova, Geneviève Bigonnesse, Louis Dominique Roy and several others. They will perform extracts from several concerts scheduled for the summer and fall programmes. From opera to waltz, through tango pieces, to the warm rhythms of Brazil and paying homage to the great composers, the public will definitely be spoiled…They’ll have the opportunity to appreciate the efforts taken by the Société culturelle Jardin Notre-Dame-de-Lourdesteam in planning an excellent programme.

As mentioned in a separate article, there will be 12 weekly free concerts between the 18th June and the 3rd September (inclusive) and three others in December.
