Masterpiece project takes shape

According to information received from the developer, Masterpiece Symphonia will be offering future tenants an exceptional quality of life. It is designed to be a five-star residence which targets active seniors who seek a spacious and luxurious environment. Its proximity to downtown Montreal makes it a much sought after place by people who wish to take advantage of the services and facilities that will be offered by the complex, without having to give up the advantages of living in a calm and peaceful milieu.

The developers believe that occupants of this building will have their own car so a two-story interior parking facility is being planned in the building’s basement. The first three upper floors will offer concierge services to residents.

Among the services that will be available to residents are a spa with a pool, a variety of meal options, lounging areas, pub, game rooms, bowling lanes, tennis court, chapel, movie room and a beauty salon. Developers also indicate that they are negotiating with the owners of Trinité Golf, Spa et Sanctuaire to offer their tenants limited access to the golf course adjacent to their building.

Regarding dining facilities for residents, there will be a bistro that can accommodate up to 60 seats and a dining room. Residents can choose to take their meals to their apartments.

Each of the suites will be a provided by a large room which will be well-lit, thanks to large windows. A fireplace will be built and a flat-screen television screen will be installed to which residents will have access if they wish to participate in daily activities and avail of the meals being offered there.

Moreover, each resident will have a right to join an annual cruise aboard the ship Holland America Cruise Lines. As to the destinations being planned, they will get a chance to visit tropical locations like Mexico, the Caribbean or they can also cruise along the Atlantic and Alaskan coasts.

As one might suspect, the type of services being offered at the Masterpiece Symphonia will not be within everyone’s budget. It is worthwhile to note, however, that only 310 housing units will be available and developers presently are keeping a priority list of interested parties to which they will send the necessary information once it is available.
